Welcome to the UK & European Birth Mother Network . It is a network of women who have consumed alcohol during pregnancy and may have a child or children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD).
The network was established to support and serve birth families affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). Our vision is FASD prevention , to raise awareness , increase understanding , support families and decrease the stigma that birth families may experience.
It was the first birth mother support network of its kind in UK and Europe. On 21st August 2010 we held our first meeting as the European Birth Mum Support Network. Since our first meeting our network has grown in strength and numbers.
